G.N.S. Rajasekaran is a dedicated public leader and senior representative of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Puducherry. A science graduate with deep roots in Nedungadu village, Karaikal, he has been actively involved in community welfare, environmental conservation, and youth development. Rajasekaran contested the Thirunallar Assembly seat in the 2021 Puducherry elections as the BJP candidate.

In July 2025, he was nominated as a Member of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly under provisions of the Union Territories Government Act 1963, representing the BJP in the Assembly as part of the coalition governance framework.
